Yes, Meguiar's Wheel Brightener is terrific stuff. It cuts through sintered brake dust with just a swipe of a brush or rag. Cheap too, since the concentrate is $29/gal. It works as well as the Sonax stuff that costs $17 for half a liter.
One tip though, after using WB you should remove the pump sprayer from your spray bottle and run some plain water through it. If WB stays inside the sprayer during storage it will slowly degrade the seals and ruin the pump. Also, WB is only to be used on painted, coated, or plated wheels. Don't try it on old fashioned bare aluminum wheels, Alcoa truck wheels, magnesium wheels, etc.
