OK, y'all be cool now. Remember the rules, no R/S/P, and no personal abuse of others (or classes of others). As old fashioned as the idea may be, those of us charged with the responsibility to maintain this fine site will simply not allow it to devolve into the quagmire of abusive filth occupied by so many unpoliced "wild west" forums. You don't have to agree with one another, but you DO have to show decency and respect, even in disagreement. Anyone who can't accept this should just let me know by PM, and I will be happy to delete your membership forthwith.

I don't think it's "fatty foods", but the type of fatty caramalised carb that's so popular these days.
 
It's a simple concept called MODERATION! If Carlin were still alive he would find a way to make a great skit out of it. Eat your bacon kids it's good for you!

Turkey bacon is the same as turkey chili. It does things to your body that Mt. Dew is known to do.

Last night I had spaghetti with bacon and Calamata olives. Homemade garlic bread. If you've never had spaghetti with bacon instead of meatballs. Give it a try. It's kinda like that first week after your wife dyes her hair. Nah mean?
 
I'm making bacon wrapped jalapeno poppers this afternoon, with onion and chive cream cheese and monterrey jack stuffing. Should be tasty, iced down with a few cold ones.

On the grill? The guys at work do this sometimes. Bacon wrapped Jalapenos with cream cheese filling. Very tasty. Would go nice with a beer I suppose. Not too much for cream cheese myself. Thought the Jalapeno and bacon parts sound right.

I already have a change of underwear ready.
 
My grandma ate fat, scraped the fat from the bottom of the pan "the kind of baked on type" ate turkey tails etc. Lived to 95 years and did really good untill 94 and a half years old.
