Bacon: which kind do you prefer?

Recently purchased and consumed a full pound of Original Hormel Bacon. Best bacon I eaten in years, including the fancy pants brands and smokes I have tried. Every once in a while you get lucky.
I still have another 1.65lbs of it in the freezer. I might make predator bait with it and then literally throw it in the grass.
I think it’s what you guys call Canadian bacon? We call it short cut.
Euro bacon
I prefer more. 
Microwave on a bacon tray to catch the drippings. Then cut the fat off.
If you cut the fat off, you only get about 6% of the bacon you put in the microwave.
Baked bacon with a little maple syrup drizzle and some brown sugar sprinkled on. Try it.
I like maple syrup with bacon. Try the Myers duroc bacon, they also sell Duroc pork chops. It's a heritage breed of pig and has amazing flavor.
