bacon grease used as engine oil

You laugh but Henry Ford and others in the early days of engine manufacture tried bio-based fuels and lubricants because they were afraid that petroleum from the ground would run out soon.
The internet tells me that early Model T's were designed with easily adjustable carb's and manual timing advance so they could run on ethanol/methanol, or a mix of gasoline and alcohol. Makes sense in rural areas where Ford was competing with horses than ran on grass and grains, that the vehicle could be run on locally produced fuels in a pinch.

This is entertainment.

Project Farm claims to be testing.

Big difference
Seriously???

The guy examines the engine with a boroscope, runs a compression test of the cylinders, and gives an analysis of his results. He discusses cylinder wall crosshatching, particulates, piston rings, valve stem seals, and cams.

That's not "entertainment" at all. That's a straight faced pseudo scientific analysis of a test he ran with bacon grease.

If you have even more time to waste, here’s one where they run Rico’s cheese for oil.

I’m amazed that these “alternative lubricants” build and maintain pressure as well as they do.
