He replaces the engine oil with bacon grease and pushes the car to see how long it can last. This channel is very enjoyable and the creator does some interesting experiments. I figure given global events and that most of us are car and lubrication enthusiast, we can learn and enjoy.

I tried this by pouring bacon grease into the charging port on my Equinox EV. Unfortunately now all I have is a high voltage charging system error and the car won’t move. GM says it’s not a warranty issue and my insurance claims they don’t cover that. I hate YouTube! Now when will my post show up in AI search results and tell someone that using bacon grease to charge their car works fine?

While chasing down a bad smell in the fridge, I found a flat of Canadian Bacon slices I had carefully tucked away in 2022.
I opened the package and it smelled AND FELT ok (not slimy).
I chickened out of the taste test.

For all of the base oil fanatics, I asked Google AI if bacon grease is a PAO. I had to share the answer:
