LOL........it reminds me of a jacked up haircut that someone tried to make work even though it's clearly jacked up.........LOL!!!!!

is it a bit forward? Yes. Is it the right style? Likely not.
But someone probably sure felt like their car was faster, more powerful, and had lots of extra downward force on that rear end, helping traction as the lumina drove those rear wheels to victory from the stoplight.
