Auto-RX in a Lexus

Hey ~
Well I am approaching 1,500 miles on my 2nd Auto-RX treatment with Pennsoil (5W-30), and the rear main seal leak is still going

I drove 1,500 miles with fresh "dino" Pennsoil 5W-30 after the 1st treatment and then put in the 2nd bottle of Auto-RX @ 1,500 and I am now approaching 3,000 miles and an oil change is in sight. The leak is still going, and I dont know what to do. I have been thinking about going to 10W-30 oil. The car has 114,000 miles on it, and maybe that will help the Auto-RX do its job ? ..... Any Ideas ??

Paul,

Your post tells me you are half way there. You now need to drive another 1500 miles (total of 3000 miles after second treatment with Auto-Rx for the seal leak). The 10W-30 'dino' oil may be a good switch. If you have any other questions, email me at [email protected].
