Auto RX in 22R

Since this is my first post I'll try my best to update you on my situation. My 1985 Toyota w/ the 22R (107,500 miles) has been running Castrol GTX 10W30 for the past two years. This past weekend I switched over to Mobil 1 10W30 7500 Drive Clean with a purolator filter. I am now contemplating doing an Auto-RX treatment at my next change and was wondering if this seems like a good idea. After the treatment I plan to go back to Mobil 1 and use both FP and LC. Any input would be appreciated, TIA.

haha, dang, how did i miss that? Thanks for the input. I was unsure if I really needed it, but I guess it couldn't hurt. My second question is will the FP/LC combo achieve the same results just over a longer period of time?

One thing to keep clear M1= Mobil 1 Synthetic, 7500 Drive Clean is not the same as M1!!

Yes I think your vechile would benifit a lot from Auto-Rx!

I apologize, I am still quite new at these oil acronyms (I'll read up some more tonight). To clarify I switched to the 10W30 Mobil Clean 7500.

Run do not walk to get Auto-Rx! I have a 2003 Toyota Avalon and it was running sluggish and it does not even have 15k on it yet. Heard about ARX and thought , what the heck if it will make my car run better for $25., count me in. After doing the whole cycle, my car run's like new and I have increased gas mileage by 4 mpg. My neighbor's have a '99 Camray with sludge in the engine, the dealership wanted $1,700. to clean the engine or more to put them into a new car. Well needless to say I have then now working on a dose of ARX but they don't drive that car much so they will have to wait a while to see the results but I know what is comming. They are going to have a better running car and will have saved a lot of money. Anyone can do the math between the cost of $1,700 or $25, sound's like the best deal around to me.
So get on your computer and order ARX today!!!

Auto-Rx is all natural enzymes, Product like Drive Clean uses synthetic esters, use Castrol GTX instead
for Auto-Rx application than use whatever oil you like (seal leaks -sludge problems stay with GTX) don't mix chemistries and all is well
