Audi 5000 / Known Stop-Leak Compatible w/ CHF 7.1?

Hello All,

Have an 87 Audi 5000 that has developed a Driver's Side Power Steering Rack leak (Torn boot on the Drivers side)--

This has the Hydroboost - style brake system that shares a common large Reservoir with the Power Steering // and uses Pentosin 7.1 hydraulic style fluid which is a dark green color (non synthetic).

Is there ANY Stop-Leak product compatible with the Pentosin Fluid? I'd love to use Lucas Stop-Leak -- but fear that would cause more harm than good; given the fluid type difference.

Any experience with Pentosin fluids and Stop leaks?

You might have to fire an email off to Pentosin, and see if they might, by some miracle, recommend something. How hard is the seal to replace? My Audi 200 had leaks in different spots, which were exceedingly easy and cheap to fix, but those were the ones you deal with using the $3 seal kit and a modified drag link socket.
