This is a weird one. Atlantic TL4612. It could be ATLANTIC or ATLAN TIC.

A google search yields “PurolatorTECH TL14612”

Not all good, but not all bad. The thickness of the can is thicker than most. The filter spring is beefy. Metal end caps. The spring in the bypass is less than most. The ADBV is loose and does not seal the outlet very well. Anyhow, here ya go.

Reminds me of a company called AHL Motorcycle Parts that sold private labeled oil filters very similar to that but the numbering is way different so I am not hanging my hat totally on that.

There is also another parts house company called "British Atlantic" that caters to the classic Land Rover crowd but nothing I can find on the Googles that shows anything similar.

Both are spit ball guesses anyways. Has all the hallmarks of a China made filter.
