ATF Cooler Positioning

I can only fit my ATF cooler behind the front bar in an area where there are no vent holes.
Will this be a big issue?

And, I have a 14,400BTU B&M cooler for my 2003 3.5L Diamante 5 speed auto. Is it a good size for the car?

Well, the size seems like overkill but, others will chime in with some recomendations. I would suggest mounting it where it can get some air and, there should always be some air coming in so, it may be OK to mount it there where you mentioned. Maybe, just not optimal!

I also bought a bypass valve so the ATF will only go through the cooler if it's hot and bypass it if it's cool enough
