I have a box of Nairn's Organic Oat Cakes which to me is a biscuit. Nairns also has Oat Biscuits so cookie, biscuit tis all the same to me

I haven't had a KFC biscuit for years, but last time I did it tasted like the inside of a chemistry set. The chicken did too, just a different chemistry set.

That's a shame.
The recipe on the side of White Lily flour is a good one (along with their flour for biscuits). My wife makes biscuits probably 2x/week. >75% of our breakfast meals have biscuits. We call them "cat heads" around here I reckon b/c they are as big as a cat's head.
