I recall member Carbon Steel pushing the limits of oil. He used this with awesome results. Only place near me that has it is Rural King. Any members here use it?

I just drained some from my wife's RAV4 after a 6k mile run. I bought a couple of jugs from Rural King when it was on sale 3-4 years ago. I have one jug of 5w-30 and one of 10w-30 still unused. I plan to use them in my 98 Chevy that only goes 2K miles a year now.

That was our shop oil for almost 10 years. Only reason we moved away from it was we lost our vendor for it and switched to quaker state. In the time we used it we did not see an engine failure on a vehicle we maintained.

I would use it if the price was there......which it is not....

I think Summit has 5qts for 19 bucks.....I would rather use ST

You can still find the Blend at BJs for $15/box of 6-quarts, when on sale. The Synthetic has been replaced with Mobil Full Synthetic which is $26 right now for the same configuration.

Our BJs doesn't stock it anymore.
Wish they would start again, because I wouldn't mind getting a case for the tractor.
