Anyone still a fan of Maxlife?

I'm thinking of recommending it to my uncle for my aunt's car. They recently replaced a 200+k Mi mid 90's Grand Prix, with a slightly used impala. He was very surprised by the cost of the first oil change at his usual indie. ~$70 for dexos full syn... Need to see if that shop uses Valvoline, cuz maxlife carries the dexos cert, and hopefully would be cheaper....

Anyway that is one of the reasons i use the Max Life ATF because they have the best sealing containers with 2 safeguards, they use the seal under the cap which comes off very well and the plastic break away caps. The other reason why i use the Max Life ATF is because it is great stuff!.

I know. I was going to use Pennzoil High Mileage in my aunt's '04 Toyota Solara. The jugs & shelf were soaked in oil, so I figured I would opt for Pennzoil conventional instead. Covered in oil on a whole different shelf... so I opted for Mobil Super High Mileage instead.

I've never had any seepage from my Pennzoil Platinum Full Syn jugs & never saw any mess from them in-store either, though.

Yeah my brother won't use Pennzoil because their jugs leak.. He likes valvoline because of the much better jugs that are always filled to the proper height unlike the leaky Pennzoil jugs. He swears that Pennzoil don't fill the jugs up all the way and if they are caught they say it must have leaked out..I like Pennzoil but honestly the bad jug design issues makes them look a little cheesy to some and like i said some wont use it because of that.

It's my preferred oil of choice. I plan on converting the girlfriend's Sable to it from PYB this weekend if all goes according to plan.

I used to run MaxLife in my 2003 Sable with the 3.0 duratec engine. Ran great on it.

Have used Maxlife products for many years. It reduced the leakage from the pushrod tube seals on my older BMW motorcycle. So much so that I have never replaced the seals. And it turned a great UOA that is listed in the motorcycle section a few years back. Happy customer here. See my signature.
