I have them on my Aerostar, the price was right. I have about 34,000 miles on them and they are wearing well. If my Aerostar lives long enough to need another set, I'd buy them again, if the price is right.

I have a set of them on both of my cars (Kia Spectra and Honda Accord) in size 195/60R15. They stick like glue to the road, and I expect to exceed the warranty for them. I may replace them before 2/32 simply because of the lack of water escape routes at that depth. I'll post pictures of them worn shortly.

All tires on the Kia are just over 6/32 after 23k miles, all tires on Honda are 6-7/32 after 19k miles, so they may not make the mileage warranty... but they'll be close. I plan on changing them around 3/32... we don't have snow in North Fl, but rain can be really heavy at times!

This is the Firehawk GT-H on the right-rear of my Kia.

I probably won't buy them again because of the fuel economy hit I took with them and will likely be looking at some LRR tires come replacement. They are a little loud as well, but nothing unbearable.

This is new at full tread depth.

Well, I can't comment on the FireHawk GT's but, I have recently installed tha FireHawk Indy 500 on my '80 FORMULA and they have made a world of difference compared to any tire that I have used in the last 30 years on that car. They have really made this car more fun and stable to drive even compared to when it was new.

What kind of car is this? What size?

I have never seen Firestone tires to be a good value, even when on sale. Remember that they are the "cheaper" line of tires made by their parent company.

Hi Critic- In my case, a somewhat odd ball 14" tire [93 Aerostar] they were one of the cheapest tires I could get. They seem to be holding up well, but I do agree with your comments. When I was hunting prices I was surprised, because typically there aren't any great deals on Firestone tires. This was three years ago so the deals today could be even worse on Firestone tires.
