Local Midas place is offering $39 conventional and $79 synthetic oil changes on facebook. I asked what you kind of oil and filters that includes. They messaged me and said Motosel oil and a Fram filter. Im assuming its the old orange can but never heard of the oil before. Also includes a 20 point inspection. For Canada that seems to be a deal to good to be true, so Im assuming it is lol. I asked more out of curiosity than any thing, as I do my own.

Wonder what kind of oil?

Funny you mention this. I saw the same add and called the one near me. The person answering said they use Castrol Edge.

Motosel looks to be nothing but a reputable oil blender. A bunch of their stuff is API certified, and they have multiple Dexos 1 Gen 2 items as well under Motosel and Purezone labels. I would not hesitate to use their products if I was in Canada.
