Anybody use Rislone fuel treatment?

Our local Meijer carries the Rislone fuel treatment. I read the description and tech sheet on Rislone website. I was struck by the similarities between it and Lucas fuel treatment. No solvents, uses petroluem oils, etc. Is Rislone rebadged Lucas?
They were side by side on Meijer's shelf, but the Rislone was cheaper than the Lucas.

Anybody with any experience with the Rislone product?
