I don't know about the Hoffritz for sure, but it may have been mentioned in TSWLM. In Fleming's novel OHMSS, James Bond uses a Gillette. In the movie Goldfinger, Bond shaves with a Gillette Slim on Goldfinger's Lockheed Jetstar, which is piloted by the delightful and skilled [censored] Galore.

Yes, in "On Her Majesty's Secret Service," Bond considers what weapons are available to him: his hands and feet, his Gilette razor, and his wristwatch, the famous Rolex Oyster Perpetual. He slips the razor, minus its blade, into his pocket and slides the handle between his second and third fingers, so that the razor head sits along his knuckles. In the event, though, he uses the Rolex as a knuckleduster, not the razor.
Gonna have to look up "Hoffritz" . . .
