A new one it won't do much for. In winter the alt puts out a little extra voltage to overcome a cold battery, IMO this sort of substitutes for what the ctek does as far as sulfation etc goes.
As this has a transverse motor with an electric cooling fan I'd run the CTek next summer when it's hot and the battery might not charge to its full health if you're tooling around town. It'll charge to 85%, and start the car, but not get that last little bit.
If it ever gets cold here, -5'f or colder, you might run the CTek just to keep the battery warm, though again there's no need.
