Just in case you were planning on this one, I just took a VOA sample of Delo XSP 5w/40. Haven't had a chance to send it in just yet but will likely get it out on Monday.

I know several people here stocked up on this oil during the AAP blowout & the Chevron rebates currently going on (myself included). Figured I'd go ahead & send one in as I'm now using it in one of my vehicles & didn't notice it listed in either of the VOA threads.

Mobil1 ESP X4 Porsche C40 0w-40 is forthcoming All.

I would love to see a new VOA on Mobil 1 ESP X2 0w20, as the last one on here was from 5 years ago. I'm especially curious to know if it's viscosity is close to the advertised 7.9cst at 100c, or if it's actually a bit higher than that (the previous VOA showed it at 9.5)

Sample #2 is VOA for Mobil 1 ESP X2 0W20 sent to Oil Analyzers on April 17, 2025. Sample #1 is VOA for Amsoil European EZT 0W20. The lab misidentified the samples, so ignore the oxidation warning. Because of the mislabeling and after calling several times trying to get it resolved, I sent a VOA sample of the Mobil 1 to Speediagnostix and should have the results by the end of this week. It will be interesting to see how close the labs are to each other using VOA samples from the same jug.

The sample results arrived tonight. Lake has been more than helpful in my quest to find "the best" oil. I highly recommend using his analysis through Speediagnostix.

CE was introduced around 1985, targeting diesel vehicles from 1985 to 1994 from what I can gather. SF was geared toward gasoline vehicles produced before 1988.
