Any PYB 5w20 honda uoa's

tried searching but no luck...Anyone have Pennzoil Conventional 5w20 used oil analysis or voa especially in honda 2.4 applications? Everyone here says I am waisting my money on synthetic with my short trips and 3000 mi oci. So after I run through my PU and PP, i just may give Pennzoil conventional a try. Is it 100% safe to switch from synthetic to dino, then back to synthetic?

It's 100% safe. I have not seen a VOA of Pennzoil Conventional 5w20, but there is a VOA of the 5w30 at the PQIA site.

Plenty of people who keep vehicles for very long periods of time switch to conventional after a lifetime of synthetic when they realize their vehicle has little value left, way too many miles on it, and the extra expense of synthetic isn't going to get them any additional time or miles out of the vehicle or money back on an eventual sale.

Pennzoil Conventional 5w20 but it is nearly 2 years old.

UOA Honda 2.4

Is harder to find. Nearly all that I have found are for PP, PU, or even better yet someone "needed" to add additives to Pennzoil Conventional. As if Pennzoil Conventional did not have enough. If you are doing only a 3K OCI the Pennzoil Conventional is more than good enough. I would do 5K OCI's on Pennzoil Conventional for this application if I made the decision.

Agreed. Leave the product as it is. It works perfectly fine when used as intended and directed.

I've seen a number of used oil analysis on Pennzoil conventional on here. Hint: use Google and search for something like:

uoa pennzoil honda site:bobistheoilguy.com

You can put anything you want for the search terms (in this case, it will find anything with 'uoa' and 'pennzoil' and 'honda'), but the key is to put the 'site:bobistheoilguy.com' at the end. Google will only search hits on this website. Works great.
