Metal was and is a very common mode and many bands did it now and then, even the Beatles.
I enjoy the hard chords and the base and drums.
I still listen to many tracks from when I was in my twenties, around forty years ago.

There are A LOT of great metal/rock guitarist in this world. But, IMHO, YNGWIE MALMSTEEN is the BEST guitarist ever! I saw him at THE RITZ when l lived in Tampa, FL. Man, he was GREAT!

Here is another:

This one sounds just as good as the other song. I'm going to have to check out EBAY and see if any of their CD's are for sale on there.

Old school Metallica, Megadeth, Maiden. Volbeat is decent. Not really metal, but anything AC/DC.

Been a metal fan most of my life. Grew up around hair metal, but I'll listen to most any except for the new stuff they put out on the general radio. I'll listen to a broad spectrum though mostly into the more obscure 70's and 80's.

From New wave of British heavy metal:

80's general metal (yes I'm fully aware the singer sounds like Skeletor

):

Then we'll go to some more modern Doom:

So, I'm all over the place, gotta keep it interesting.
