I apologize in advance, but this race to the bottom is extremely weak. If you can only afford to add a 55 calorie beer to your dietary budget, maybe you shouldn't drink beer.
I often drink beers that are 200-300 calories per 12 oz, but they taste phenomenal. I refuse to drink low calorie beers because they taste like garbage.
The only "low cal" beer that I'll drink is Miller Lite, and the only reason I do is because I want to maintain a certain level of sobriety. IE, meeting up with friends who are drinking, while I feel obliged to join, I also need to remain sober due to having to drive, etc.
Alcohol = empty calories. If you don't want empty calories, don't drink alcohol.
