From where did that article come? What country I mean. Isn't that test useless as a gauge of motor oils? I saw it at gun shows being used by people trying to sell some sort of lubricant, I think it was gun lubricant not for autos. I think it was nice of the guys to go through the effort but that the results are of limited or no use.

Correct me somebody if I'm wrong, but haven't we discussed that a wear test isn't a true test of an oil's ability to do it's job in the internal combustion engine department in the first place?

Check out the link DragRace posted, the mag apologized and admitted they didn't understand the significance of the test and promised to try another test in the future.
