I'm curious as to how long KneeGrinder could go without buying oil, counting his equipments oil needs. 3 years? 5? Awesome collection.

5 quarts of Pennzoil 10W-40 that I'll never use
0.5 quart of Mobil 1 High Mileage 5W-20
1 quart of Valvoline MaxLife ATF
1 quart of Supertech High Mileage 5W-30 conventional
Roughly 4 quarts of O'Reilly High Mileage 10-W40 that I'll never use
5 quarts of Pennzoil 10W-40 that I'll never use
0.5 quart of Mobil 1 High Mileage 5W-20
1 quart of Valvoline MaxLife ATF

For my one car, I grabbed 8 jugs of Mobil 1 5W20 when Walmart was clearing it out for $15 CAD per jug. I think I bought those 2 Christmas' ago. I'm down to 3 jugs now. That should last me until Spring 2021.

1 x 5 gal pail of Chevron HD ATF (TES 295 clone)
2 x 5 gal pail of Delo 400 5W40 CK-4
2 x 5 gal pail of Havoline 15W40, last of the CJ-4
1 x 20L pail Pet-Can 80W140
150 x Federal 300 Win mag brass
100 x 7MM Rem..... oops, that's a different stash

I'd put the filters in the middle of the shelf not right at the end... If you knock them to the floor they are garbage.
My stash is about 25 gallons or so counting motor oil, ATF, and coolant. And more oil filters than I know what to do with.

Couple of observations:
1) I kept a jug of M1 on a wire shelf exactly like tony1679's for a year or so and it started leaking
2) Valvoline told me that the inhibitors in coolant have the same life from manufacture whether they're in the jug or the vehicle, so I would not recommend stashing coolant.
