Another KOHLER oem filter cut open

This came off of a 25hp kohler command pro we sold last march...this is the oe filter it had on it when it was sold...218 hours on factory fill oil...constant 3600 rpm from the turn of the key on a pressure washer in south texas...looks good to me for a champ private label ecore and this is kohlers newest top of the line heavy duty "pro" filter...fram 3614/wix 51348 or equivalant also fits this application... there is some dust on the front of it from floating around in the junk pile for a few days...and the endcaps are a little buggered from taking it out of the can with pliers...filter was removed with pliers and squished the can some...

So bypass is at the top not at the bottom?i wouldnt use this on high performance application butfor normal use ,this is the best e-core design i met yet.i wonder if it is avail for nissan versa

Do does this 25HP Command Pro have full pressure-lubed system or is it just a splash-lubed engine that has an oil pump that just puts a little oil through the filter and then it drops back down in the sump?

Full pressure/lube...just like car engine.

Wow that filter looks pretty good. I still think for the price there are much better filters out there though.
