All places have areas notorious for road shenanigans.

In New York and New Jersey it's the entire State. Joisey isn't that big.. NY State, you could be doing triple-digit speeds for half hours on end (in the remote sections around Binghamton example.. areas the radio picks up ZERO stations) and it still take a long time to get there.

They are not just on the road … had a quiet & relaxing place on the water for a decade … then as the other owners got older and the grown kids were taking over the jerks arrived … loud and obnoxious and laughed that they built illegal piers and could not count fish limits (one was a detective no less) … and of course the small skiffs were replaced by dragster boats with rod holders … I sold it … Miss it too, but not them …

4WD, don't you know that most detectives/LEO feel they are above the law, because they "are" the law!

They "can" do things that you and I "can't!" Because, who's going to stop them.. the police?? lol..

When i was 16 and had my learners, dad and I were going on a trip to a town about 4 hours drive away. The last 2 hours it was snowing hard, slippery, terrible visibility, so i was only going about 65 kms/hr on the hwy, had the truck in 4x4, driving safely. A BMW X5 went whipping on by us, must have been doing 100. I said to my dad, that woman will soon be in the ditch. No more than 10 minutes later, we saw it on its roof in the ditch. Stopped to help her, she had her 2 young grandchildren in the vehicle as well. Thankfully only minor injuries. Gave them a ride for about 40 minutes right to her house. About 15 minutes into the drive with them in the backseat, i said ' yes I sure do like arriving at my destination safely, because i know how to drive in a snow storm, despite only being 16'. That woman remained silent, but the 5 year old boy said ' you sure drive a lot better than grandma'. Speed kills, slow down idiots.

Man I don't see how I missed this post when it was new!! I can't fathom the thought of someone destroying their uber expensive high end car just to "prove a pernt" haha what a total loser!! He's lucky he wasn't in Texas, we carry here.
