In case anyone is struggling to use the Shell rebate gift card, you are not alone! I set up a PIN when I received the email and subsequently added the card to GPay. I then tried it at numerous merchants but was declined every time. I then added it to Walmart pay and was unsuccessful there, too. I then added it to my Amazon account and bought a gift card with it. Bezos FTW!
Same here also with most of those virtual card rebates. Just easier to convert them to a Amazon gift card than dealing with other retailers and then having partial balances you cannot do anything reasonable with.

I used mine at NAPA w/o issue. Got some NAPA 5w-30 Full Synthetic and PF1127 filter for the Hyundai. Ordered on line and picked it up a few days later while running errands.

I’m having a hard time getting my Mother’s rebate paid. Mine came through fine. Anyone else have trouble? I’ve escalated with shell rebate, and I’ve emailed Pennzoil directly. Not much has come of it.
Mine came through fine. I think I emailed them when I was worried they wouldn't give me the PUP rebate ($15).
Mine took six weeks or so. If it’s been less than that just give it more time.

It was submitted on 04/28. Approved same day. I called on 06/12, and they told me it was still processing. Now they say it was paid on 06/02. Who knows? I'll keep chasing Pennzoil.
