Bi annual oil changes would be OK, IF you stick with a major brand (Mobil, Castrol, Shell/Penn or Liqui Moly) engine oil and use a real good filter (Motorcraft, Mobil, Amsoil or Castrol etc).
Not much difference between an 0w20 and a 5w20, but I would use the various oil company oil guide or finder pages of their web sites to see which oil they think you should use. Might well list an 0w30!
As you are already using a full synthetic, I would stick with that type of oil.
