Is this their newer blend that meets or exceeds API SP/ ILSAC GF6? I know its not actually certified but was curious if the blend changed for the newer spec.

Yes it is

It is not newer blend.
It is the same oil which was tested on russian oil club in October 2020 which was stated as:
API SN; ILSAC GF-5; ACEA A1/B1, ACEA A5/B5; Chrysler MS-6395, Ford WSS-M2C925-A, Ford WSS-M2C946-A, GM dexos1Gen 2 , Honda HTO-06.

The numbers are the same as in Buster post.
