amazon built a distribution center in TN, it created alot of jobs!

now everyone in TN will have to pay 9.25% sales tax on amazon.com purchases in 2014

since the Fed Govt is broke, like someone said, the internet companies will be targeted for taxes.

This must vary by state. There is a distribution center a few miles from my house and I'm not charged state sales tax. I don't know however, whether anything I buy actually comes out of that distribution center...or whether that would make any difference. In the past, the seller had to have a RETAIL store presence in the state in order for sales tax to be due.

Not in Oregon.

I was just looking into prime a few days ago, never really looked at it before. Seems like a good deal, shopping around me is terrible. We don't even have a Walmart!
