ALS turnaround time for Napa/Wix samples? Is their backlog clear yet?

Last month, there were issues due to Wix being delinquent on their account with ALS, so they stopped processing kits from Wix/Napa. But they finally paid their bill and started processing them again, and of course there is some backlog.

Has it been cleared yet? What is the current turnaround time for the ALS Napa/Wix UOA?

Mine was received by the Ohio lab on Tuesday

Since you're using Ohio, as I do, if things are "back to normal" you should receive results via email within a week or so.

Last one that I sent to Ohio arrived there on January 11th, and I had results sent to me on Janaury 19th.

Granted, this is 4 week old data.
