Alright, fess up. Which one of you was this?

Since brake cleaner may be damaging to plastics rubber and paint lets just hose off the whole underside of engine....

I saw it yesturday. If it was a true BITOGer they would have brought their own filter and wanted the old one back also.
The only reason I'd want my old one back is that it would have a lifetime warranty from FCPEuro, just mail back the old filter.

Didn't drain the oil bottles very well. I try to drain them as much as possible to keep the oil out of the landfill. Plus you paid for that oil. I wonder if they really recycle oil bottles.
They don't. Oil stuck in the plastic probably contaminated them, trash for me.

To the best of my knowledge motor oil containers are not to be recycled and end up being trashed. Off topic but some may be surprised how little gets recycled aside from certain metals. I would venture to say that most of what we think gets recycled, in reality, gets trashed. The overwhelming supermajority of plastic produced will never be recycled

Yeah I watched a real eye opener on YouTube the other day. The Burner Boys in Ghana. It's sad to think that people have to work in open pits burning American Electronics to get the copper and Aluminum out. So much for recycling.
