You have to buy what feels right to you. Don't always go by mainstream press reviews. If you like it you like it. I went against the grain on my recent purchase. I love Mazda but if she likes the GM go with it.

I used to would have agreed with you, but literally every vehicle I've owned has done what it's famous for doing. Right down the line.



-LS1 Trans Am....blew the rear end out.
-Infiniti G20...motor mounts died all the time.
-Z06 Corvette...good car, but build quality QA/QC lacking
-Jeep Grand Cherokee...terrible reliability, always broken
-Nissan 370Z...grinding transmission
-Mazda CX5...boring reliability


Consumer Reports has been DEAD ON for me every single time.

Do you by chance have any CR data on the Nissan Frontier?

It scores highly with JD Powers, KBB, Edmunds Consumer Reviews. Never saw CR data tho.
