Its way worse then that. It's the people who put them there. Humans are defective, really not any different than any herding animal or even more so. They can be led off a cliff by the right leader. The majority of them cannot think critically or care too.

You need a moon, a certain spin, a certain orbit, A "friendly" Star (sun), a magnetic core, a formation from colliding comets and other building block rich 'roids and elemental stews, the time to mature, to form, to evolve, and then evolve into what?

Closest exoplanet we have detected is 82,300,000,000,000 miles away and that's not even a great candidate.

Absolutely and exactly why the mainstream news is so dangerous. What percentage of votes is by people who just believe what the news tells them (both left and right) ?
It's really sad the amount of misinformation and half truths are floating around. I'm talking about both sides........
There was Senator who retired in the 60's I think who published an article after he left the senate. Said something like the method of operations within both parties is to make you believe it, doesn't matter if "it" is the truth or not. He said that this works on roughly 65% of the population. I would argue that these days it's HIGHER than that.

Yellow Journalism is nothing new but the speed at which is travels is a lot different. It easy to take advantage of humans because they're so tribal in nature. Texts messages from certain TV "news" celebrities' has made it clear that they play their audience for chumps.

If the king (pharoah, sultan, etc) needs a tall building to show off, what are you going to do with all that stone other than stack it up in a pyramid shape? There is no reinforced steel skeleton to build on. All are going to look something like that. Real skyscrapers are a thing that started in the 20th century because of steel.
Both film versions of "Invasion of the Body Snatchers" scared the crap out of me. I think the Sutherland version (1976) is better.
