AHHH!!! My Zaino and 303 froze during shipment

Ordered some Zaino Tire Shine and 2 bottles of Leather in a Bottle. Also ordered some 303 Aerospace protectant and some shower shield.

When I opened the two packages the bottles inside were ice cold. In fact the 2 bottles of Aerospace and Shower Shield were full of slush and the Shower Shield had bust open.

The Leather in a bottle seemed...not slushy...but hard and the Tire Shine seemed to be frozen and had somehow leaked about 1/4 of the contents.

Sucks!!

Contacted both companies about replacements.

Wondering to if the stuff that didn't leak will be ok or not since it froze.

Man...303's customer service kicks #@$%!.

They answered my email about the products freezing in shipment. Told me they would send out a replacement bottle of the Shower Shield ASAP and told me to let the Aerospace protectant thaw then shake it up to see if it stays milky white. If not they said they would replace that as well.

Not that I expected any different since they have a great reputation, but it sure it nice when a company responds promptly and is so easy going about something that really isn't their fault.

They have a customer for life with me.

Mine froze too!!! I asked a number of questions and will see... I dont care for a replacement unless it phase separates, etc.

Their technical customer service is top-notch, we shall see what they say about this... Ill post their response for reference.

Quick reply, came in this evening when we were out (likel less than 3 hour turnaround):

Hello, I just wanted to email you back and let you know that you need to
bring the product to room temp. once the product unthaws if it is a white
milky color it is fine to use. But is it has any yellow dotes init it is no
good and let us know so that we can replace it for you. You can contact us

Another hint that the 303 has gone bad is if it develops a rank smell. Good product has none or is barely discernable.

303 is okay..it depends on what your doing.

So far, CS is nice. Longevity , durability etc is still up in the air.
