AC Delco syn blen SL??

guys my neighbor just moved and they gave me a some quarts of oil they had laying around. it was 2 qts CarQuest 10/30 SL, 1 Qt Valvoline 5w30 conventional SM and 2 Qts AC Delco Blend SL dated 1995.

anyone know anything about the Delco oil? think its still good? it was probably in the garage for 10 years or so.

i thought about putting it all together and adding a qt of MMO for an MMO run but im not sure if its even usable.

As long as the oil is sealed it should be fine to use.

API SL came out in 2001, so you're misreading the date code. That bottle is only 6-10 years old.

Perhaps you're looking at the copyright from the ACDelco package redesign of 1995?

Sealed container? I would use it.

Put it all together, and you've got yourself an oil change.
I wouldn't run this mix super long, but it would be fine for 4-5K.
The age of oil in sealed containers is not an issue.
