Hi. Anyone using a AC Delco PF-2057 oil filter? Advance Auto/ Car Quest have them on sale for $3.56 and I purchased one. I have a few pictures of the oil filter and would like everyone's opinion on this filter, The filter have a Ecore cage.

Run them on my `06 Odyssey for 5000 mile runs. Seem fine. E-core design, metal end caps.
Bought a 12 pack from RockAuto which came to $3.XX a piece.
Great! Thinking about picking up a few for my Mitsubishi Outlander and run them for 5,000 miles.

This turned out to be a scam....received one filter instead of 12.
That's too bad.

I suspect the othe ACDelco 12 pks on Amazon are also fake ads. I therefore canceled my order for a 12 pk of PF2129GF (the fleet pack of PF2129G) listed for $10.40. It's not worth the hassle.

You really have to watch 3rd party sellers on Amazon that are selling multiple quantities. Awhile back I purchased 9 cases of Castrol motorcycle oil and instead of a case they shipped 1 qt instead. I was expecting something like 54 qts of oil but only received 9. It ended up being around 3x the cost I would've paid than if I had just gone to WM. I ended up returning the oil but had to pay the return shipping. If I had only read their reviews there was another person who left negative feedback with the same issue.

I reported them to Amazon but wished I had contacted them first as I believe they would've refunded me and let me keep the oil, the seller did refund me but I was out the return shipping, since I had already went that route Amazon couldn't do anything extra for me.

Always call Amazon, they have zero control over their scammers. If they get busted enough, they’ll get delisted.

Just a follow up to my post #12 above. I had ordered a 12 pack of PF2129G from an Amazon seller, and then decided to cancel the order after reading this thread. However I was not able to cancel because the border was already being shipped. As expected I received one filter instead of 12. I then went through the Amazon return process and was issued a refund with no need to return the filter.

I'm curious...has ACDelco moved production to Mexico? I realize many of their air filters are now overseas but the oil filters have always been USA made; the filter I received was made in Mexico.
