A few pictures of my 2003 BMW E46 330Ci ZSP

The first set of pictures in my original post were taken yesterday.

I have two BMWs and three sets of wheels; two sets of BBS OZs (a square set of 19x8.5 ET 35 and a staggered set of 19x8.5 ET 35 and 19x9.5 ET 40) plus a set of BMW Style 225Ms (a staggered set of 19x8 ET 37 and 19x9 ET39). I prefer the OZs and usually run those on the cars; plus the OZ wheel sets have Cup 2 tires on them, which are awesome.

The square set of OZs are for the E46. The staggered set of OZs fit the E90 only because the 9.5 inch rears are too wide for the E46. The 225Ms fit both the E46 and the E90.

I put the 225M/PS4s on the E46 last week just because they haven't been used in over a year. Tires turn to stone when they're not used for a long period of time.

Oh dang, I was wrong on both counts. Thought the first ones were original ZHP M135 wheels. And obviously I mistook the OZs for CHs. Too many wheels to keep track of 😁.

Ok, so I'm not COMPLETELY losing it. Yet :D.
I hear you!

I'm going to be 72 this March. I've reached the point where I've become aware of the beginnings of my mental decline. It's only little things so far but I'm aware of it and it kind of freaks me out. I used to be able to calculate my gas mileage in my head to the tenth, and do it in 30 seconds while driving. I used to remember all my credit card numbers, but no more.

Taking a tangent for a sec. I'm 10 years younger and also feel those small declines. Used to remember EVERYONE'S names ALL the time. Even had investigators come to me and ask who the people were in security cam photos because I knew them all. Now, having trouble remembering names of close friends and neighbors . Must be all the lead from firearms training.
Two flashbacks in one post - Zaino AND Roadfly :ROFLMAO:
Hey! I still use Zaino. I remember long conversations with Sal Zaino (who would actually answer the phone) way back when if I had questions. Still good stuff.

Is that a Charcoal grey color? Beautiful car and koodos to you for keeping it spotless after 22 years. Guaranteed that BMW makes you smile every time you drive it.

BMW calls it "steel gray metallic". It does makes me smile when I drive it.

Having an E46 and E90 to compare with, it's amazing how much I can feel the weight difference between them. The E46 is about 400 pounds lighter. It's "turn in" is instantaneous.

I'm truly impressed. My 2003 Civic EX is shot on the outside (I'm the original owner). But the interior still looks very good and the engine bay is easy to clean up and I do it every 6 months or so.

Exterior paint has faded and peeled. I had to park outside in extreme midwestern temps (100F summer, 0F winter) since 2010 and it's taken a toll. 185k and still mechanically reliable, but a bit of an eyesore anymore. :(
