'98 Volvo V70 - which syn.?

Just wondering what you all would recommend for a synthetic oil to use in my '98 Volvo V70. The care is non-turbo, half highway - half city, fairly gentle driving. I'm currently using M1 5W30 for the summer and wondering if this is a good oil or I should maybe use something else. Keep in mind I live in Canada (AB), so it would need to be available here. I would also like to stay with the 7,500km OCI I have been following. FYI - I have been using either M1 OW40 or Syntec 0W30 for the cold winter months. Thanks in advance for all the advice......

As long as the viscosity fits your temps, that engine will do fine on any version of M1 at those intervals. The 0w-40 and GC might be more oil than you need in a NA white block.
