I prefer the hotter European or +p ammo since a lot of American stuff is under loaded to not damage 100 year old relics. I don't have any antique 9mmP guns and all mine work fine with my choice of Federal 9BPLE +p+ or Speer Gold dot 124gr +p. I don't shoot those at the monthly rifle match (too expensive) but I sincerely doubt that during the significant emotional event of shooting a person I'm going to notice increased recoil or the minor change in POI. BSW

The 124 Nato and 124 HST (standard) are w/in 15fps of each other in the Shield. My Lapua smg ammo (1325fps) is on par with the Federal 115 BPLE round you mentioned.

gotcha, but I missed the boat, I was going to but 3k rounds of sellier and 1k of feds but the cray cray buying started. I will wait till they start giving away free again ;-)
