I'm looking for the proper torque specs for the pan bolts on my F-250, I plan on draining the fluid and changing the filter soon. When I last did it 25k miles ago, I torqued them to 125 in lbs. I've seen specs of 120 in lbs and also a range of 120-144 in lbs. I just want to do it properly. No leaks or anything so far at 125 in lbs.

You're talking about a difference of less than 2 ft-lbs. I wouldn't go any less than 120 in-lbs.
Get an aftermarket pan that has a drain plug, so you never have to drop the pan again
Looking around eBay, some 4R100's seem to have come with drain plugs from the factory. So if you prefer an OEM pan, you can get one, although even a used OEM Ford pan with teh drain plug costs more than an aftermarket version

It has a drain plug, I have to drop the pan regardless to change the filter. One thing Ford and GM did right that Dodge did not, by putting a drain plug on their transmission pans.
Are you changing your rock catcher every service?
