I always notch the covers and sungears and block 3-4 acc./remove piston. Mine's a daily driver, the tcc valve should be here Tuesday, so I'll order the Sonnax 2-3, maybe 1-2 valve and spacer later.
So far I've it built with:
-93 case and truck
-banner kit with hi energy frictions 3/4-.028"
-turbulator R and L/r steels
-96 pump and drums with molded pistons, and sprague
-Sonnax .490" boost and spring
-Borg hi energy band
-super hold 4th, vette servo, pin travel-.042"
-96 Vb and plate
-pinless fwd, stock spring
-yellow low spring
-pinless 1-2, med spring. reuse
-DX acc. stock plain spring, seems a touch lighter than yellow. Any tips on making a pin?
-3-2 control with bolt. 93 sol. plugged in
-3-2 down. with pump slide inner spring
-purple/yellow spring added to afl
-Tekpac Tcc on/off valve. Do I need to block plate like Sonnax style?
-pwm tcc sol. in hole "dummy"
-Rostra Epc and shift solenoids
I'm wondering if I should use these hole sizes?
