They reduced the calcium and increased the magnesium to reduce the chance of LSPI.

The one you showed has less boron than the current 0w-20. Seems like a waste of money.

I have a 2025. I don’t tow like you. And for your mental sake a 0w30. I have Mobile 0w20esp in it right now. But I got 2 ea 6 quarts Havoline 0w20 for $20 ea that going in there next. Really like this engine and truck. Wardawg

I've been told by the dealership service department that in the case of a warranty claim, nissan has been known to ask for maintenance records.

A Nissan VQ engine isn't going to blow up within 80k miles. If driven hard enough, though, incremental wear can occur. That's the concern. And if it makes you feel better, keep a record of maintenance. Realize, said records don't need to be legal documents, just some notes you make in a notebook. And you are allowed to change your own oil. You don't need proof of what oil was used for every oil change.

Nobody is going to make you prove that you used 0w-20 oil. Use what you want. I'd use 5W-30.

And if someone did frequent towing is a perfectly valid reason to move up a grade.

QSUP in 0W-20 or 5w-30 which ever suits your comfort level. And the Havoline 6 qts box like @Gawardawg isn’t a bad idea either.
