In condo complexes if there were not rules regarding working on cars in your driveway and common areas-it would look like billy goat acres.


Then you would have owners moving out (unable to sell their condo) and then you would past the 50% rental threshold (more than 50% of the units are rented) for preferred financing (for buyers) and the whole place would go downhill.


There are sound reasons for such things.

Just tell them that it improves NPSH on your oil pump for a much improved start up.

Yep. That's me at times. 1-2 am doing my car work. Quietly. Works great. I have a large container which is good at catching everything. Stealth mode does work out good.
