It’s time again to change out the brakes on my ‘02 F150 RWD. I know we’ve been off of the Element 3 bandwagon for a while, so I would like to know which brand(s) of rotors the community has been using as of late, and liking so far. Please post your suggestions!

I’ve been using DURAGO Coated Rotors from ROCKAUTO and having very good success with them.
*DURAGO has plain(uncoated) rotors.
*Light gray coated rotors…which are [not] coated on the hub/underside.
*Black coated rotors…which [are] coated on the hub side.

I just picked up a set of Bendix premiums from Amazon rears were $22.20 fronts $47.86

Just got back home from the local Ford dealership and skipped on the Motorcraft rotors because the box said Made in China.. Not paying Ford prices for that lol
I want to say 95%+ of rotors are China imports even high end euro brands like Brembo & HELLA/PAGID high carbon rotors find themselves coming from the red land.

I have new Wagner TQ semi-metallics I’ve had in the garage for about 2 years.
Have you priced out Wagner e coated series rotors? You don’t have to be brand loyal but a thought if the price is right. Bendix store on Amazon has some rotor sales I got rears for my Nissan $22 bucks each. Centric is going bye bye with the closure of the parent company you may pick up some sales

I have not but found 1 rear Bendix rotor on Amazon Warehouse for $20 so I ordered it. I’ve ordered Raybestos in the past before and funny enough, when the boxes would show up, they would have the same number but the rotors looked different. That’s when I gave up on being picky with brands and just order whatever is affordable

Those are the aftermarket groups of those companies, though. For a counter example, BMW OE rotors are almost all made in Germany (if not all), made by various companies like ATE, Zimmermann, and SHW for M cars.
