I was just reading the article over on CNET and noticed something. Those front headlights look out of place or misaligned in relation to the body surrounding them.

Cheaper and more efficient for the automakers too. Develop one platform and assemble multiple models on that same platform.

Badge engineering is what saved then bankrupted auto makers in the past.

Every CUV looking exactly the same with no motor choice just adding a few inches here couple plastic panels there will eventually backfire

Good for VW building something most people actually want CUVs. I love they still offer the GTI/Golf R. Golf/Jetta/Passat/Wagon who cares.

B/c they don't offer the wagons here in the U.S. any longer b/c of these same CUVs.
