What viscosity are you all running in the 2.0 tucsons? The cap says 5w20 but I’ve seen that you can run 5w30 and even 10w30

We had a 2019 and ran 5W-30. The viscosity chart in the manual tells you what you can run. Basically Hyundai is good with a 5W20, 5W-30 or even 10W-30 if over zero degrees F.
I'll also tell you that these cars go through oil. Make sure you are checking your level. We sold ours after a couple of years.

Same, I sold mine after a few years they use oil. I used 10w30 at 3k intervals.
