dealerships prices gotta pay for the factory train technicians and OEM parts
It’s got the 5.3. I was wary of the Duramax and the 6.2 wasn’t available in the Z71 at the time we bought. I wish it had the 6.2 but it’s ok with the 5.3.
buddy had a silverado about 4 years ago act same way , they changed out injector because of code , that wasnt it , from what i recall , it ended up being a lifter and bent pushrod , took alot of diagnostics , said it had 60 sum thousand , going down highway at 60 and started all sorts of racket ,the way it sounded there was a whole lot of hammering going on in there , he has had 2 fords since and just bought a new chevy 4 months ago ,
