Just noticed this tonight. When you pull the stalk backward they come on and when you release they go off like they are supposed to. If you push the stalk forward into the continuous position they don't come on at all. Bulbs obviously ok. Assuming the relay is good. Bad switch?
2017 Corolla high beams only work in the momentary position

Never mind, had the switch in the Auto position and high beams don't stay on there.
They will still come on in auto, stalk forward when it's dark out. The sensitivity of auto can be adjusted.
